A picture is worth a thousand words. How about 20 pictures, then? You do the math. Below is just a quick snapshot of the awesome half day hiking trip that Berkeley Kairos 4 took at Muir Woods. The weather was nice and cool, which actually worked to our advantage.

these pics are AWESOME… wow, it sure was a great hike, and the weather was perfect. Walking through parts of the woods felt like I was in a movie, like LOTR or something… waiting for Legolas to come by!
One picture does seem to have a distortion, some weird shading right around the waistband of my backpack… might want to check your camera… gives a weird effect, like my belly is popping out or something.
Man, those photos are awesome…feels almost like I’m there.
Yeah, that hike was perhaps one of the most idyllic experiences I’ve had in a while. Breathtaking views at every step, and that fresh, minty air…wish we could’ve stayed all day…
Belly popping out or not, SERIOUS props to Tim for carrying 2 year old Mikaela the ENTIRE way up and the ENTIRE way down.

I had such a great time. It was a nice hike, and a nice break from the busyness of city life. I’m really glad that Kairos 4 got to go this past weekend. Perfect timing, too… the fog in the morning really kept us cool during the hike (as if we weren’t cool enough already, haha!).

Thanks! I (dongses) took them. I am borrowing a friend’s DSLR for this semester (Canon 40D), because I have 2 photography classes. I’ve been having a blast playing with this camera!
